  Metodo di rappresentazione grafica dei prezzi di mercato utilizzata dall'analisi tecnica. Ogni elemento verticale del grafico viene riferito ad un singolo periodo ( ora, giorno, settimana, mese ). Il suo estremo superiore indica il prezzo massimo, l'estremo inferiore il prezzo minimo; il segno sulla sinistra indica il prezzo d'apertura, mentre il segno sulla destra indica il prezzo di chiusura.
